Overall, I had a decent stay with some good aspects and a few disappointments. The large indoor heated pool was a highlight, and the beautiful views added to the charm. However, the resort definitely left something to be desired in terms of cleanliness and updates, as well as the lack of available amenities during my visit.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were clean but definitely in need of a fresh coat of paint. They felt a bit dated, but I appreciated the cozy vibe they provided.
Service
5.0
Service was lacking during my stay, with very few staff around to assist. It felt a bit abandoned at times. I would rate this as disappointing.
Location

The location was fantastic, nestled beautifully in a scenic area. I enjoyed exploring the nearby nature trails and taking in the views.

Facilities

The facilities were a huge letdown, as many were locked up during my stay. The pool was being worked on for days, which was frustrating. When everything finally opened on my last day, it was a relief, but it should have been accessible the whole time.

I recently stayed at Alpine Crest Resort and had mixed experiences. On one hand, the location was beautiful, nestled in the mountains near the charming village of Helen. However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the rooms and some outdated amenities. The value for the price paid didn’t feel justified due to maintenance issues and a lack of proper cleaning. Overall, it's picturesque but there's room for significant improvement.

The rooms, while clean, were in need of some painting and a refresh to feel more modern.

We had an amazing family vacation filled with fun memories from tubing and enjoying the beautiful trout stream. The resort promotes a lovely rustic charm that fits perfectly with the town's German theme. However, some aspects of the property, like the maintenance and room decor, could use an upgrade to enhance the overall experience. Overall, I would recommend this place for families looking to enjoy outdoor activities and the local atmosphere.

The units were clean but definitely in need of a major overhaul—worn-out linens and creaky floors made it feel less comfortable.

Our stay was filled with fun tubing moments and beautiful scenery, making it a memorable family trip. The free tubing and water slides added to the excitement, along with the lovely trout stream perfect for fishing. However, the condition of our unit was disappointing, with outdated furniture and maintenance issues that need attention. Overall, it was a great getaway but could use some upgrades to match the charm of the location.

5.0/10

The resort offers a nice location with plenty to explore in town, but it desperately needs updates and better management. While I appreciated the cabin vibe, the condition of the unit and its amenities fell short of expectations. It was disappointing to find so many facilities closed or lacking access, which made for a less than ideal vacation experience. The room had its issues, from bugs to outdated furniture, so I would recommend looking elsewhere unless you have no other options.

Rooms
5.0
The room was adequate but dated, with issues like bed bugs and uncomfortable furniture. It definitely needs a renovation.
Service
5.0
Service was almost nonexistent, as there was hardly any staff available during our stay.
Location

The location was decent, with access to a pathway along the trout stream and proximity to the center of town.
Dining
Facilities

Facilities were a letdown, with many locked and unused amenities, such as the pool and rec room. It felt like the resort had been neglected.
